Return Policy
The shop owner has pledged to "serve" you. Most items are covered under this return policy, unless clearly marked "no return allowed" or "sold as is."
If a return or refund becomes necessary, email the shop owner in advance, explain the problem, and await his reply.
No return will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be processed immediately, and will result in a refund of the purchase price of the item(s), a store credit, or a future discount, based upon what was previously agreed on by both parties.
The shipping charges will not be refunded. Approved returns must be sent postpaid back to the shop. Approved refunds of whatever kind will be processed after the item(s) is returned.
If the return postage exceeds the small price charged for an item, Bill reserves the
right to issue a refund or a store credit, based upon what was previously agreed on
by both parties.
