General Terms and Conditions

TYPES OF ITEMS SOLD:

All items for sale fall into the following catagories unless otherwise indicated.  Any item that is 100% new and never sold/owned will be clearly marked as such.  Every listing will indicate the condition of that item.  You may email the store owner and ask any questions you may have about an item listed:

• New items purchased for resale
• Previously owned items
• Store returns
• Factory refurbished items
• Library discarded items

PAYMENTS:

Payment for items must be made in advance of shipment, unless a previous agreement has been made with the store owner for shipment under open invoice.  If open invoice billing is allowed, then all invoices are due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.  To secure open invoice priviledges, email the store owner from the contact page.

Payment may be made by personal or corporate check, money order, cash for local pickups, and PayPal for credit/debit card purchases.  Unless otherwise approved, shipment on purchases made by personal or corporate checks will be delayed until the check clears the bank.

SHIPMENTS:

Local pickup is allowed.  Call first to arrange pickup time.  There will be no shipping or surcharge for local pickup items.

Books and printed materials will be shipped the cheapest rate, which is usually USPS Media Mail.  All USPS shipping will include the tracking service.  You will be notified of the shipment date and the USPS tracking number.  You can track the shipment from WWW.USPS.COM website.  In some cases, the cheapest shipping for this type of material will be First Class or Priority Mail.  In that case, you will be notified of the type of shipping and the tracking number.

Other products will be shipped the cheapest rate, which is usually USPS Parcel Post.  In some cases First Class or Priority Mail may be the cheapest.  In all cases you will be notified of the type of shipping and the USPS tracking number, which can be tracked at the website listed in the paragraph above.

RETURN POLICY:

Unless otherwise indicated (SOLD AS IS or NO RETURN ALLOWED), any item you purchase may be returned for refund of the purchase price.  The price of shipping to you will not be refunded.  You will be responsible for the return postage to this store.  Since many items are sold at very reduced prices, you may not choose to return the merchandise due to the cost factor.  In all circumstances, contact the store owner about any dissatisfaction you may have.  Allowances, discounts, or store credit may be issued in lue of returns.  Do not return an item without first contacting the store owner and getting an approval for the return.  The store owner has pledged to "serve" his customers well, and you will be well treated.  All electrical or digital items are waranteed against being DOA (dead on arrival).  All books and printed materials are waranteed as to the description in the catalog.  All recorded media are waranteed as to the description in the catalog and to be fully useable, unless otherwise noted.

SALES TAXES:

Sales made to customers in the State of Florida will be charged a 7.5% state sales tax based upon the sale price of the item.  Tax will not be applied to the amount charged for shipping and handling fees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES:

If your item is shipped, you will be charged based upon the total weight of your shopping cart items.  Each item bears a shipping weight.  If the shipping weight is "0.00" then the item will be shipped "Free Shipping."  "Free Shipping" items may be combined with items that require shipping charges to be applied.
